Returns + Exchanges



We understand that buying online doesn't always go as planned... that is why we offer exchanges within 7 days of receiving your item. Exchanges will not be made if item has been visibly worn, altered, or sanitation pad has been removed. To make an exchange please follow these steps.

  • Email
  • In the email please provide: Name, Order/Item Number, Item you would like to return/exchange, and reason for returning/exchanging
  •  If there is an issue with the clothing item please state it in the email
  •  Please wait to receive a return email from before mailing back your item(s). In this email from we will have detailed instructions on how to make a return or exchange
  • A return stamp will be provided to you but you must pay for your return packaging. Please do NOT return your goodie bag.

*Sale items are non-refundable but can be exchanged for a product of equal or lesser value

*We do not refund shipping costs.

*Any additional customs/shipping costs upon delivery of goods must be paid by you. These costs will not be reimbursed.

    • Orders will not be refunded for packages that are not accepted by the recipient upon delivery.
    • All packages within the United States will have a tracking number and will be trackable.
    • All packages outside of the United States can have tracking added on to the postage at an additional rate, paid by the customer
